The pork loin it´s a meat which can be cooked and roasted, take a sauce made of madeiran wine. This meat can be served with many accompaniments.
1 Kg. of pork loin
Madeira wine 4 dl. (dry)
Salt and chilli
All the loin stay to marinate a few hours.
The loin is fried in olive oil until golden.
Make the braised with olive oil and onion finely chopped.
Join the pork loin and the marinade.
Close with a pan and take to the fire until bake in full.
