The bean stew it´s a traditional dish very known in Madeira. It consists of a bean stew usually with meat, and almost always accompanied with rice.
250 grs. of folded pork
50 grs. of chorizo
100 grs. of potato
1 tea spoon of color
1 smal onion
100 grs. of baked bean
1 smal garlic
80 grs. of carrot
Wash and rub the guts pork, turning and scraping them.
Leave in water with lemon during 24h.
Do the refugee with onion, dried garlic, oil and carrot to cubes.
Join the fold previously cooked and cut.
Let ir clear.
Sprinkle with a litle bit of sweet chilli and join the water.
Cut the potatos, the beans already cooked and the chorizo.
After cooked, put in terrines and decorate with chorizo and homeberad.
