Madeiran açorda is a tipical madeiran dish, it is made of hard bread. It´s a kind of soup which is eaten hot most common in the winter.
200 gr. of bread
1 branch of savory
Brake the hardened bread and corn into squares.
Lie down in a terrine.
Pour olive oil
The water boil with the spices – garlic, savory, chilli and salt.
Poach the egs one by one in the boil water.
Lie down everything inside the terrine. Close with a cloth to concenrate the flavors.
